Gluten Free

 

Much of our menu is gluten free.  There are certain stipulations though:

• If someone asks about GF, ask if they need a glove change

  • If they need a glove change, be sure to press the button on the register

• If someone asks about GF

  • Make sure they understand it is a sandwich or burger with NO bun

  • Make sure they know that fries are not listed as GF because they are fried in the same oil as the onion rings

• As a cook, make sure to

  • Change gloves if necessary

  • Be diligent in not cross contaminating while preparing the GF meal
